We do not accept return, exchange and cancellation of orders placed. However if the return is due to damage or defect, customer can place return. 

Return on tampered and damaged package

1. If the package is received in tampered or damaged condition kindly refuse to accept the package.
2. Report the issue immediately to info@mangalsareehouse.com mentioning the order ID and photo proof of the same.
3. A replacement of the same product will be issued at no additional cost if available in stock.
4. If the stock is unavailable we will issue a coupon with 90 days validity. Customer can use the coupon to buy the same product or any other product from our website.
5. Mangal Saree House will not be held responsible for damages if a tampered package has been accepted by the customer.

Return on damaged or defective product.

1. Damage or defective product return requests not intimated within 24 hours will not be accepted.
2. Returns will be accepted only if we find the defect to be genuine and Mangal Saree House holds the final discretion for Returns. All returns should be acknowledged by us via mail.
3. We do not have a return pickup facility yet. Hence the order needs to be self-shipped in case of an exchange. The sender has to bear the returns shipping cost. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
4. Full opening video from opening of the package until it’s checked for quality is mandatory to claim return for damage or defect. It’s advisable to restrict unboxing video to 2 minutes.
5. We do not accept returns for colour mismatch due to picture resolutions discrepancies.
6. Most of our products are hand crafted, irregularities of block printing, over lapping of designs, misprints and dye stains is not a defect and is a part of aesthetics of hand crafted handloom products.
7. The products should be unused and unwashed, with the original packaging and original tags in place, else will not be accepted.
8. Once “Acceptance of Return” has been acknowledged, we will issue a coupon with 90 days validity. Customer can use the coupon to buy the same product or any other product from our website.

Returns not accepted on discount and offer.

1. Products bought during sale, or with special discount coupons, time specific gift vouchers or during any other promotional discounts are not eligible for returns or exchange.
